Better quality and sturdier than was expecting based on the reviews. It is so easy to install: I just loosened the two screws fastening my letterbox, slipped the top of the cage behind the letterbox and tightened the screws. There were no damages that others had reported, it was super easy to install-we private rent so had to find something that didn't require screwing in and it looks sturdy for its use.

Took less than 5 mins to install, no screwing into your door, it drops behind letter box. It’s very sturdy and destroyer pooch is foiled! Excellent post cage bought it so the postman could drop our post through the backdrop when we were on holidays arrived promptly well packed and easy to fit just loosen two screws on the letter slot and it slips down behind the flap and tighten the screws again mail is safely collected in the cage thanks to the seller and Amazon 100% After reading the reviews I was sceptical but I have 3 little dogs who go mad for the post so I had to give it a go.

! Most letter cages require screwing into the door and wouldn’t work for my door as the letterbox had a glass panel underneath. This is the perfect item for uou if you don't want to damage your door it has a lip which slips behind the letter box, it's very easy to install. However I came across this one and it’s perfect.

Really very easy to install, took less than one minute😃 Very happy with this purchase. Overall very happy with my purchase. Our little dog had started destroying letters as they came through the letterbox. After examination of my door I was not sure that the existing screws were long enough to hold the letter box and the cage.
