I have it centered, but it would work offset too. You can see the “offset-ness” in the picture. Finally I have a place for my 26 oz Yeti that is accessible.

The long base version fits the recessed 2019+ Rav4 cupholder well. I just started removing the rubber bottom pad from the Takeya now so it's easier in and out. I needed to buy something for my cup holder where my massive water bottles would fit. I have been searching for an extended cup holder for my emotional support water bottle in my car that would work with my coffee (life juice) cup for a long time.
