There’s some extra parts in a plastic bag but since it comes all built, the result is that is hefty. On the console, during activity, you will also notice the distance you have travelled, the speed at which you have set the running belt, any inclination you may have set and the total time you have been exercising. The default start speed for the treadmill is 1 kph.

This thing is VERY heavy. The media could not be loaded. Worth the $$$ and the delivery time.

If you are planning to set this up in some part of your house or a shed/outer building, you may want to plan about how you are going to move it. There is one on the top left hand side of the treadmill console of which I have attached an image. Unfortunately, there doesn’t seem to be any way to directly control the on/off or volume of your musical output when using this medium and pulling the flash drive out of the port seems to be the only way of stopping it, unless of course, your flash drive has the capability for this level of control on board.
