It also folds flat (takes 30-60 seconds, depending on how tired you are! This caught my eye, firstly, on the design / flexibility and I also thought it was a good price (£65) for a good quality bench. As someone who doesn’t have time to go to the gym, I was looking for a workout bench that doesn’t take much space and that is easy to store. You can adjust the height at either end of the bench, depending on whether you're doing seated / prone / kneeling weights or sit-ups - see attached pictures.
