After my complaint, they ordered a small refund. The box from loop mobile protected it well and had everything I needed in it. Arrived earlier than it said it would, I would look to order from Loop again, maybe a newer Apple Watch… To my surprise I like the notch and haven’t missed Touch ID at all.
