Comfortable, I can hear so much better and the price wasn’t bad Firmware all updated and I was pleasantly surprised that the USB dongle is listed as BT700 which is the new one that comes with the Focus 2, not the original BT600 that originally comes with the Focus 1. I don’t recommend this headset for listening to music since the volume and bass are not enough. Range inside my house is about 25 feet.

Easy to set up with Ring Central. The people say they can hear me perfectly, a really good microphone. Sound quality for both me and customers is very good.

Raising the boom to upright mutes call or use the button on the boom. Recommended. No complaints, audio and call quality are great and nice thing is Poly is what my work uses as a brand so my work laptop already has the software ready to download as our IT locks down our computers quite tight.
