Only given 4 stars since blade broke, but well worth the money and fantastic customer service to send a new blade free of charge. I am very happy. Would recommend.

Easy to use, cuts like a dream. You can forget about using ladders for pruning, because it reaches 4 meters. It's handy and the rotating head means you can adapt it to different cuts. Worth its weight in gold in tree surgeon fees (although always worth using professionals once in a while).

But to Fiskar's credit they sent a new blade in a few weeks (was over Christmas) and managed to fit it, and happy days again. Great!

Order Friday and work on Saturday. Used it for about 7 months, was fantastic, saved so much time (up and down a ladder with smaller loppers or such) then cutting blade broke. The product arrived a day earlier, perfectly packed, immediately tested for cutting palm leaves, nothing to say, does its job perfectly.
