My pad appears to be so smooth/finely porous that the ink cannot be absorbed and can dry (too moist as it is). A Brilliant pen, Mrs gets them from work but are hard to get. The pens are delivered with a small protective gel on the tip, as in the photo I published, to be removed at first use.

It dries really fast on normal printer paper (rougher surface) and on writing pad paper too. Ballpoint pen with 0. Love this gel pen - best of the best. The value for money is really good especially with the Black Friday discount.

The shipment arrived a day early but the packaging of the pens was open on the top and damaged (especially at the bottom), as can also be seen in the photos. Amazing -so inky and good for writing. The stroke is marked and is it dries relatively immediately, if you write quickly though (and you are left-handed) there may be a little black under your hand (but I recognize that I am very fast compared to most people). It was not so easy to find it.

After years of changing various pen models (gel and not) I doubt that I will ever replace this one! The pack of 12 ensures excellent value for money. Has a great feel in your hand and is long lasting, excellent value for money.

Would recommend makes my writing look neat, better grip to the previous model and at 87p each great value for money The writing quality is very good and is perfect for any writing. 7mm tip with ultra-fast drying gel ink from Bic, designed for those who, like me, tend to run their hand over what they have just written; unfortunately being left-handed there is this enormous problem, solved brilliantly using this quick-drying pen.
