Bought 2 sets of them. My 13 year old got for Christmas. The media could not be loaded.

I've had trouble with the remote and white box sensor, but they replaced everything quickly, great customer service. He wanted these bad and I think he is glad he got it. Luckily we had a longer USB extender cord to attach to it so when we hung them on the wall it could plug in

Would buy again! If you're planning to put it on the wall, don't use the 3 pin connecters on the back, they're too tight and pulled my LED's off the wall. The Sticky that's provided is more than enough! Loved the LED's, colors are great and you can get creative with the design.
