Was sealed new box. Let's keep in mind, this is not a hack or a cheat, it is simply performing an action that could is typically harder or requires more hand movement. The Mods: The mods are just that - modification to the operation of the controller improve game experience. Binding the paddles are easy and you can even bind the left stick, right stick, and even 2 buttons at once!

My fingers kept bumping them on accident when I play Rocket League. Although I had issues with the product getting to me, I ordered another one off the site and I ended up loving it. They function incredibly well for an add-on device to the controller.

I'm giving it 4 instead of 5 due to me having to mod it myself. I personally only use the buttons on this to map them to different binds. My issue is I have HUGE hands. 100% recommended(EDIT):1 year and 6 months later and still works, I lowered my review by one star because the paddles will eventually brake (they're plastic and if you don't take care they'll brake), they sell the replacement for $10 on their website, so I just changed the broken paddle, the other thing I don't like is that despite the port being a universal micro usb cable it's made so that really thin cables (like theirs) can be used.

Mapping buttons: This part requires the most concentration when setting up. Oh, great. It’s wired, lag free, doesn’t mess with my mic too much, and comfortable.
