I managed ok with a Hay Band which is a natural pressure point approach, but this year even that didn’t help. I never had a problem with hay fever but in recent years have developed it, mainly because of Tree Pollen. I was so impressed with the effectiveness, it’s really quick. Just what I needed. I have found this nasal spray to give good relief for up to 4 hours - and is much quicker acting than tablets. My eyes and nose stop running after 2-3 mins. v.
I had a holiday booked and am so glad I bought it, I really needed it and use it 2 or 3 times a day. I suffer badly from hay fever - and this year particularly so.
No complaints from me 🙂 and went out next day to buy it.
