The led light thingy is all touch or you can use the twisty to move about too. The mixer also comes with 7L easy warm bowl so you can melt better/chocolate and other ingredients. 5kg of cake ingredients (ideal of making birthday/christmas cakes), up to 910g of pastry, 2. i like a light above the bowl when mixing a cake - helps to check how the batter's doing and lets you see to scrape the bowl sides now and again to incorporate into the rest of the mixture.

The Easy weigh feature will measure the quantity as it has built in scales which i found very useful but also weird. It should be left out on the worktop to use almost everyday especially with the option to use multiple attachments (sold separately)After reading over the other fantastic reviews about this stand mixer I’m thinking what can I add that maybe the other reviews haven’t mentioned to help the buyer, I will try not to repeat what the other reviews say but maybe I can mention about the quality, I have been a precision machinist manufacturing injection moulding tools and press tools for 20 years so I have a keen eye for quality and detail of the finished product, certain areas on a product stand out to me straight away because of this. Unfortunately I am just a normal mum but I have 3 kids that have been begging to do some baking .

Firstly, It is a huge mixer, so its suited for a big kitchen or one with large space. prove dough, melt chocolate or mix your cake (basically it does everything for you all from the touch of a button, it even has a built in timer - but I recommend allowing 10mins before first using to read manual to learn about functions). This is clearly a considered purchase for many but if you're in the market for a stand mixer that looks amazing and has unequalled functionality, look no further.

The machine itself looks amazing, and it’s built to last, the colour looks nice with the stainless steel combination. The mixer is very stylish and looks well on your kitchen counter top. The mixer has 10 speed settings (use the control dial) which offers a huge range of speed settings to cater for any recipe, it has a pulse function for short bursts of maximum speed, and a string of settings in-between for incorporating ingredients to whisked mixtures without knocking out all the air which is ideal for making meringue.

This machine has added a touch of class to the kitchen! This is a solid mixer, extremely sturdy, very heavy (so you might need help unboxing and carrying) and the stainless steel will definitely last for years with constant use. I'm pretty sure the first thing after the branding that you will notice is the price, and whilst yes it is extremely expensive, you really do get value for what you pay for.
