Lovely surround for the Nest thermostat makes a modern look to your home Would be 5 stars if the price was below GBP10 This plate works perfect for my Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd Gen.

Looks factory. I have to get a cover because the previous rectangular thermostat left an imprint and a big hole in the wall that the round Nest thermostat by itself cannot cover up. The wall-facing side of this plate has a recess space that accommodates the square metal plate included with the Nest, such that when the former is placed on the latter, the former would sit nicely flat on the wall, without any gaps.

We have all of our appliances brushed brass and this was a nice addition to the look. Needs a bit of tweaking to get a flush mount of the 3rd gen. It is quite nice too and does the job. I'd say if you can drill new holes and thus do not need the Nest square metal plate, go for the POPMAS cover instead of this elago one, because the POPMAS cover is way nicer and higher quality (it has a "super-luxury feel" to it) for just a bit of a higher price.
