Very good quality and very easy to use. Applied just like paint but be aware that if you get it on your clothes or hands it's a bugger to remove.

See our pics! I would never have used felt if I knew this existed (i did on a previous treehouse.
) I am impressed ! Best to remove it quickly with Xylene ( Rustins THXY300 Xylene Thinners ) as instructed on the tin. (Honestly didn't happen to me.
When it dries the product will dry like a rubber consistency. Great product - covered felt that was cracking and looked like it had seen better days. Much easier and you won't get boxed in! )As mentioned one tin was enough to go over twice our side return roof, just in time for this lovely summer showers!
It's great at sealing cracks, and looks really durable. Don't forget to go around the edges with a brush first. Anyhow it does say you cannot apply on a gradient roof but applied by brush this is totally possible even able to apply it with a roller on a tray is actually very quick.
