I recommend you to download Jabra Direct for Windows/Mac and Jabra Sound+ for Android and Apple Store where you can personalise and modify a lot of settings and upgrade the firmware if available and presenting issues to you evolve 2 85. I am a tech gadget user and I really like to test headphones especially due to my big head that not every headset fit, whether it's too tight, too small, or even can't use it for over 4 hours between my meetings, watching videos, listening music this headphones are the best comfort so far until now. I used it even in the way to another Country and its a long lasting - It comes with a adaptor for the airplane in case you need it, a type c cable and in my case the USB plug was type C alongside with a nice and beautiful case. I live in a 3 house bedroom with my home office upstairs and when I walk down to the kitchen the call is still on if you are using the plug but with blueetooth it can break down.

I've been using this Jabra for over a month at a high level not only professionally but also on a personal daily basis. The arm boom is again one of the features I like where you can mute and unmute just moving up to mute and down to unmute. On the tech side, you can connect to 2 devices at the same time, one using the type c/a plug and another one using Bluetooth. As a working from home professional after the pandemic I have a loud house some times and the noise cancelling impressed me a lot reducing noises and chatting in the background.

If you are in a meeting using Teams in my case, it gives you the priority to the USB plug rather than Bluetooth. For me the design is great alongside the comfort and the battery. Jabra could increase the sound, in some cases I have to raise the volume almost to the maximum but this can be adjusted if you are using different apps or devices.

The downside is if you need to use on your left side you can't as it is not 360 rotation. They have improved many aspects since the previous version.
