I used it after a leg session and it was superb, I set it to P2 and targeted muscles up and down my legs before a stretch and it was brilliant. When I received my fitness plate back, the box was damaged.

Where I found this to shine was recovery, I play rugby and I also weightlift. I’d say it’s well made. I’m not saying that it’s a cheap knock off or tacky in any way.

After 8weeks it starting making squeaking noises. I’ve ordered hundreds of items from amazon and always check the customer reviews before I buy, I don’t expect them to be false and encouraged by the seller.

None of these offered, just yet another repair under warranty. Hope this helps someone make a better choice than I did I purchased my fitness plate in May 2020. It certainly isn’t made to last a long time or use.

Theres set programs on their so you can get going pretty much straight away. I filled one of the supplied workouts and it was good but it wasn't for me. Only thing I’m not happy about is the postcard I received some 2 months later asking me for an excellent amazon review in return for a free gift.

So, beware when handling the device that you CANNOT CARRY IT, IN ONE HAND, hanging by the handle. I am so disappointed in this product, that I have decided not to return, my husband will try and fix the issue, a bit of oiling maybe. Very strong motor
