Noisy too. Instead I am getting another smart thermometer which I will use as a sensor to record room temperatures and adjust the manual controls and existing TRVs. It actually seems sensible to heat to 65C so that the water is still usable even after three days.

I decided I didn't want to get an electrician to bridge out the wired room stat as instructed. Easily fitted. The wiser Central replaced the old thermostat in the wall, I needed only to add a power cord, as the previous one was battery powered, so I put a power cord and connected it to the wall socket. I already have some understanding of the time it takes the house to cool down and heat up.

So not visible in App. All we had to do was change the one wire from position 4 to position 2 and sorted - picture showed the wiring before we changed it. I now have a total of 10 TRVs and 3 smart plugs (needed to extend range). If this were my apartment, I would probably do something more elegant, but as I mention, I want to take this all out once I leave the apartment.

So maybe worth planning for this in case you have to go this route too. So for example Living Room Wiser TRV calls for heat, boiler fires and radiator heats.
