The print quality however, is excellent, as are the photos. From the very first time I opened this book the pages have been falling out. The road maps throughout could also do with a guide as to what each of the road colours denote; for instance you have 'A' roads depicted in red, green and broken red and white.

Deserves almost five stars but getting four at a push because I'm really, really, really pissed off picking up loose pages now! Lots of great advice and recommendations of things to take in on our adventure 10/10 Inform the reader as to what each colour indicates.

A couple of observations/suggestions, not complaints; the map guide on pages 34-35 and repeated elsewhere within the book could have been better thought out. Positively encyclopaedic in it's content but let down by the book's 'binding' if you can even call it that! Colour coded numbers and listings would have made the 'attractions', 'castles', 'viewpoints' etc which are referred to, much easier to find on the map. !
