I'm thinking of getting it for my brother and my mom too. The apps are easy to use. It mostly syncs well with Strava which is a bonus, however the distances, time, heart rate etc.

I really like the sleep tracking to check length of sleep and deep sleep, although it has definitely said I was in light sleep when I was dreaming so not too accurate. I like the PAI calculation too to give an overall idea of your activity level. If you do not have a brand obsession and are looking for a price / performance product, I recommend it to everyone. I've been wearing this watch for about 3 weeks now.

Practical. My main complaint is that the Bluetooth connectivity with my phone is pretty poor. I hadn't used a watch for ten years until I bought this product.
