Luckily this CRAPPY unit was unplugged. An extra tubing is needed to connect the pump metal outlet.

I use the water jug to store RO water for my home shrimp tank. Will buy spare. The USB pump is handy to dispense RO water into the shrimp tank.

It stayed the ceiling of one of our rooms (see pics) the unit was charged. Amazon honours returns for only 1 month. Looked at various office like water set ups but this does the trick. The media could not be loaded.

Then it wouldnt stop even pressing on the button. A tad noisy, but the lazy satisfaction is worth it. Hence it can tilt and top over easily. I fully charged it thinking maybe thats the problem, and it started again on its own.

And either way pouring a proper glass is a pia. This is the one to order thanks for the great product. I don't poke any holes, just rest the thing on the jug press button and relax while it gets you water. we are only on our first couple days with it
