No adapter needed, very well made to, was expecting cheap plastic but it seems good quality, can support the yeti upright or hanging. So far ,so good.

It would still be workable and operational without my fix, but I like everything solidly in place. Both worked. Great value at the price I paid.

Sound quality much better than with the standard stand. I opted for a metal washer, but tried it with a rubber O-ring too. Great stand for the microphone, wish it was slightly more flexible and steady and the bottom but it does the job. I will highly recommend this product.
