All staff and myself think they are great, pockets in a great position and the wind proof shell is superb for England and Ireland where we work. I'm out what ever the weather and in the wind and rain its perfect This Jacket is a great bit of kit, bought 15 so far with some more on order. Am I too old?

Love this jacket seems quite waterproof it's really nice and warm it fits quite well only real down side is there's no pockets inside for mobile phone otherwise very impressed with it and I will definitely be buying another one soon In most cases a larger size (Tag size) fits better! It was warm, dry and comfortable. )2) Material looks like it can take some heavy use (I will post an update later if not the case)3) Dual zip - I have provided a picture, which ensures that if one stops working, you have a backup4) Zips for high chest pockets are stylish and the inside is warm enough to keep your hands comfortable when its cold5) Multiple zips on the sleeves which are actually usable!

But it should be fine for people who are a bit tall with longer arm length. It does look a bit bloated on me.

CONS :The only thing I would probably change is the diameter of the sleeves from the upper arm to just a bit below the elbow. This is by far the best jacket I have got and one of the rare cases when I am giving a 5 star rating. PROS:1) Excellent Fit ( But listen to all the previous reviews! I'm normally a medium and I chose medium and its a perfect fit.
