Second, I specifically bought this because of the "Lifetime Warranty", however it wasn't until I received it that I noticed the warranty terms are apparently different in the EU, for some unexplained reason (25 years, not life). If I'd know it was Chinese, I wouldn't have paid more than a fiver for it, which is basically the going rate for Chinese vacuum flasks in the supermarkets. Not used it for cold drinks purposes but I imagine that will also work with flying colours. Had a few cheaper flasks over the years, but this is hands down the best.

, however there's a few odd things I've noticed. I dig the old school look of this thermos :) The build quality is of a very high standard and I love the old school look to it.

However, that leaves me a bit puzzled, because the UK is no longer in the EU. Keeps everything very hot e. 45 , took it to work, and it was still very hot at 16. As an example, I filled up the flask with freshly prepared tea at 6am to take on my hike to Snowdon, completed the hike and then had my tea 9 hours later at around 3pm, slowly unscrewed the top and lo and behold to my amazement, the tea was piping hot.

instead of hard plastic it would feel a lot better if it was rubbery . There are friends I have that have owned Stanley flasks so long that they can’t even remember how long ago it was! 00 PM whatever is left in it is still hot! A must buy!
