As of right now, I'm not seeing replacement pads, so I'm not sure how much they'll cost. With the previously mentioned reusable hand pressure pad this could have been perfect but it's still the best and fastest draw of heat in my old west.

There is a button to turn on the unit as well as buttons to control the heat level and vibrations. It comes with 3 adhesive pads, and it says that each can be used 20 times.

I can attach it anywhere on my body and go about my activities except the battery doesn’t last, about 30 mins on the lowest heat and first mode of vibration. With this, everything that you need to control the unit is on the little box or the pads. The controller has a power button on one side, a vibration mode to the left, and a heat intensity to the right. I actually didn't expose the adhesive on my first pad yet and have been using it like a handheld pad that way.

In my opinion, if I have to spend that kind of money on a device, I shouldn’t have to spend more money on pads or anything else to continue using the device. One positive of this over a TENS unit is that it works better if you just want to attach it and then go about your day. It also means that I can have help putting it on and then can adjust throughout the day as necessary.

It doesn't provide as strong of a simulation as you would experience from some of the higher levels on a TENS unit. It says a pad last up to 20 times but I’m not too sure about that. I was a hesitant to buy this, but I was in the mercy of my back pain and this item works phenomenal. This is a small device to and I originally question it's worth when considering the above average cost.
