I didnt get it so adjusted by undoing the screw in the middle of the frame and moving the seat that way. I mainly chose to buy this playseat because it didn't lose the aesthetics of a bucket but at the same time it has the possibility of folding it in half to store it without taking up as much space as the previous models. It would be nice to be able to raise or lower the steering wheel without moving it backwards and forwards at the same time though. Its sturdy and doesnt move at all for me and with the adjustable feet and positions it doesnt matter how tall you are its all adjustable.

Very good chair fits properly for the Logitech g920 steering wheel, the only bad thing is that the paint is mistreated when making adjustments for each person, if you don't have to adjust it often it won't be mistreated and the steering wheel support moves a little. Not an issue for casual players, but if you sim race seriously then its worth paying more and getting something that is more sturdy. I took about 35 minutes on my own. It comes with some very string sticky back Velcro so holds my wheel and pedals firmly in place.
