I used to order this and other protein from Body Building Warehouse website so I know how the product tastes. But I HATE cherry bakewell so it loses a star here only. ) Shake the tub before using as powder will have settled and compressed down to half the tub. So I've only had one shake but it seems to beat serious since if you follow the 2 scoop you'll need to buy another tub of serious in just over a single week, which is not fun on your wallet!

Considering the cost of protein at the moment the sheer size and the cost make it well worth the money, it’s only 30g of protein per shake I’m more used to 50g per shake the fact your getting a lot for your money makes up for it. They have no consideration for the packages they deliver and as you can see from the pictures.

Royal mail bashed the box so much one of the tubs opened but not sellers fault I always use a shaker with a whisk ball inside and it mixes very well .

Excellent! Great product but extremely unhappy with the delivery driver. I ordered this after using up my banana serious mass as this seemed like better value, you get alot more for a similar price at the cost of slightly less calories per serving (and also minus the creatine which isn't really needed for me as its in my pre)It tastes good, I got the cookies and cream flavour and I use a blender to mix which is highly recommended for an even mix.
