Bottom line though is that it's a plastic dolls house so vastly over priced but it is Sylvanian Families so that's expected. Keep in mind that this stuff resells so keep the box if you have space. Now I’m having to lie to my daughter as she saw the postman handing it to me! This was bought for my daughter's birthday as she had requested.

Especially considering it doesn't come with any furniture or dolls (which is fine as we have a near mountain of stuff that's suitable but that might be an issue if you don't have other Slyvanian Families stuff. . Being plastic it's easy to clean, seems robust, and you could customise it with wallpaper or stickers or do as you (or your kid) wishes to a hearts desire and it's going to clean off pretty well.
