About this deal
These sweet, juicy and tender carrots are ideal to brighten up salads, soups and stir-fries. Sow from March through to July for a harvest from July to October. Find your USDA growing zone. The Rainbow Carrot prefers a loose soil, free of rubble. The soil moisture should be maintained regularly until germination, letting soil dry out during this period may result in lower germination. Late season carrots hold longer and become sweeter in the cooler weather. An excess of nitrogen in the soil cause the roots to become hairy. Carrot - Rainbow F1

Grew these in large buckets and got a couple of dozen out of each. Some normal coloured ones became huge

I haven't had any reds as yet however, but that's possibly because I didn't plant all the seeds and they all look the same so you can't tell what you're planting until they're ready. I had sprinkled them in rows and didn't do any thinning.
