The circles are a good indicator of the size to go for. I got them to go on our new metal baking sheets for when i bake & so we cut down on using tin foil when we cook & my husband stops getting annoyed when food sticks when he cooks. I’ve been using greaseproof paper for Mac until now and decided it was time to invest.

And I do think it is great. I got the mats after I grew tired of making them on baking paper. There is no option to contact thr seller direct to get this problem sorted Fab purchase.

You have to use a baking tray along with these since they are not stiff - which also means that you can roll them up for storage and hold together with a rubber band - it does not deform them. I really wanted to get it.

These do not get hammered. However, when we use it, it is really hard to clean it afterward. They are great, definitely will be buying extras for all the baking that we do in our house.
