Lightness wasn't the problem for me, it was colour. I usually go for a 10/0 but needed something a little different.

This 9/0 is a nice cool natural blonde. Love it. Considering I've lifted and coloured my hair twice in a few days it's currently in great condition, soft and smooth and very shiny. Compared it with the tubes I’d got from Sally’s and couldn’t see any reason why it might be fake.

Would definitely recommend. Ok My new favourite colour. Hairdressers have only just opened and chances of getting a rescue appointment slim.

Really nice ashy tone, I still have some warmth but I’m v happy with the result! Genuine product, I was a little worried about the reviews saying it had gone off but I realised that the date shown in those reviews was the production date.

Result was really even (considering what it was going on top of). Tentatively applied to all the problem areas and finished up with the roots to avoid "hot roots".

! This toner does need to be mixed with a developer to work, I used a 6% (20 vol) which lifts by 2 shades, you can use 30 vol to lift by 3 shades if you prefer. Back to my almost natural colour.
