This cookbook is amazing. The book gives help on how to meal plan as well by providing other recipes for left over ingredients. A daily task that I so enjoyed for years had become a chore when left to partake alone.
The website has even more delicious and easy recipes. Not only was cooking for and dining by myself difficult, shopping and the food waste that followed was a hard task to face.
