Ordered three different sizes all at once. They arrived on time an so well packed . Yes sometimes the cut on the sides of the plastic can appear a little rough (I have had the same with glass) but once in place in the frame this does not show AT ALL, so I do not find it a problem, as personally for the price paid they are fantastic value, especially when compared with similar. Very happy with this product and it came in good packaging.

Very good service. I personally want light weight frames without a glass frontage, that will hang on a wall, these have no stands so will not stand on a flat surface, the 3 I have so far purchased have all come with no damage to the outside frame at all & on delivery it is wrapped in protective plastic wrap, I love that the plastic frontage has two sheets front/back of peel off plastic to prevent any scratching to the plastic surface, one side is printed with 'remember to peel off both sides of protective film's one side does not have the printing on it, but it's not rocket science to peel this one off to, especially when the wording on one sheet states to peel off BOTH. Great frames for the price but size is half an inch less than described, that’s the inner frame size which is half an inch less than stated. But I didn't need to.

The one in the photo is for a Friend who is 70 next week & adores wolves and the black edged frame was perfect for this diamond art. Looks really nice with a diamond art picture I did inside. Very good frame. So unwrapped them put pictures in frames , fitted perfectly, then wrapped them back up in all the packaging which they came in ready for our move.
