Good value for money and effective No horrible taste either like I’ve found with another leading brand of whitener. Not too much needed to get an almost white buttercream.

Did not change taste or texture. The picture is of normal buttercream vs the buttercream with whitener. I’ve since stocked up and bought enough to get me through wedding season. I was able to get different shade of the same colour to create this ombre candle made from fondant.

I swear by this stuff, I’ve been using this since I started my baking business and I wouldn’t use anything else, I always add a drop of violet food colouring then add this stuff in the end and it gives an amazing finish to my cakes! Will never not have a bottle in my cupboard. Had to use the full bottle for 500g of butter.
