I’m already a huge fan of the vegan wizard Richard Makin’s recipes, so I’ve been counting down the days to receive this! The photography and the styling is also just an absolute joy. The recipes are well thought out, the flavours work well and they don't have ridiculously long lists of ingredients - although we have had to go to the Asian Supermarket for a few ingredients (worth the trip)The only downside is the meat replacement recipes are all seitan - not useful for anyone GF.

So far I've only made the olive oil chocolate chip cookies - when I've tried to make vegan choc chip cookies in the past, they've always been a bit disappointing, but these are amazing! Easy to follow and loads of good British classics but vegan as well as your staples he’s thought of everything.
