UPDATE: I'm putting it on 4* as ordered another handle and drill works great, hammered down a wall of plaster in less than an hour. If it goes past 90 degrees to 180, as shown in the picture, then you have a problem, the box won’t close without taking the hinge rod out. I cut off the 5 plastic stops, and rounded off the edges. I used the chisel and SDS setting to hammer out a channel for replacing a cable.

It’s been designed to open at 90 degrees and stay there. Be careful people, and if you can't get the handle to move - maybe better return the item. It doesn’t come with any drill bits but I recommend as a starter pack to go for the Bosch Professional 11 piece SDS. Annoying!

Pah! If you try to force it closed, it stresses the plastic and won’t close. If you’re going to make a box, make it well, it devalues what’s a good product. It looks like a drop off from the mould or something like that.
