Result: at 11 weeks old my son was sleeping through the night, having 4 feedings a day and being a much happier baby. Perfect for mom's of multiples! com. You need consistency, discipline and preferably a partner who supports you (I asked my husband to read certain pages in the book to understand too).

We loved the default modes “sleepwalk through the night” and “coach/support your baby don’t try to fix it for them”. He is happy, my energy is back so I can play more/spend more time with him. He is gaining plenty! Before I started these where his feedings:9-10:4512-12:452:55-3:155:05-5:456:45-7:179:52-11:002:37-3:155:37-6:158:09-9:14Yesterday this was his feeding schedule:7:50-8:1911:56-12:243:32-3:567:15-7:41We bought a scale just to make sure he would still gain weight and he is now 14.
I was feeding him 9 times a day 1. 5hr every feeding and was completely exhausted.
