very good product but one of the packets was ripped due to box being heavy & it looks like the packed burst inside. Good luck.

I add that and a touch of oil to the dry flour and mix it in with my fingers so it resembles breadcrumbs. The taste isn't the same as roti (obviously) but it's a pleasant taste and a great, chewy texture, especially if you use the psyllium husk. Another hint, use gloves and plenty of oil.
Give it a go. It doesn't stick then.
I then add very hot water with a touch of milk and oil and knead the dough until its at the perfect consistency. bit disappointing as brought 4 packs thought of saving money.
& I cannot return the packet either. I let the dough rest for a while and roll it out like a normal roti. For those who are saying it's sticky and you're unable to roll it out, you're using too much liquid.
I know I'm not following the instructions perfectly and adding my own twist, but still, this flour is amazing. I mix the ispaghol with water and turn it into a gel.
I use the flour as it is, but I add psyllium husk/ispaghol to it. This is the best gluten free flour for chapattis that I have ever tried. If you use psyllium husk, make sure you buy the blonde version.
