Having changed things around on my patio I no longer had room for a rotary dryer, so I decided to go for this wall-mounted Brabantia. Don’t open the dryer until you’ve partly screwed in the top 2 screws as well. 1. I did the bottom ones quite tight and when I came to put the doors on the bottom of the doors were touching the wall behind when opened out.

It also pushes back in very easily: when you want it to, can't see it collapsing with a wash load on it! 20kg is described as the limit. With the increasing cost of energy as well as the environmental impact of most electrical drying options, outdoor drying is by far my preferred option, as well as tradition and freshness. I'm aware there are a few problems others have found, but we watched a couple pf youtube videos on installing, and how to fold away.

It will interesting to work out how to hang duvet covers etc, but so far so good; I thoroughly recommend. I have managed to fit TWO full loads of washing on this rack and I'm still finding better ways to utilise the space - I now hang one of those multi-peg thingies for socks from the lowest point and it's taken me a while to remember that I can hang hangers from the corners! You can check if you’ve evenly tightened everything by looking at the gap between the top of the plate and the bottom of the plate.
