I haven’t had to use these twice in one day so maybe I’m not that bad off. I suffer with painful feet and as soon as I put these on my feet felt like new! 5 -7 and the small fits perfectly. They arrived swiftly and l've already had some practice, prior to chemotherapy starting next week.

. Unfortunately I have plantar fasciitis 😭😫😩 and lately it’s become unbearable. I have inflammation in my metatarsal and was told to ice my feet fir 20 mins at least twice a day, after messing around with frozen peas I decided to spend the money and get these. Love these socks!

I keep the 4 pads in the freezer and the socks in the cabinet. Is that even possible?

I’ve tried foot spas and foot massages but neither have fully improved the burning ache. Great for plantar fasciitis, I placed in freezer in a resealable bag for 2 hours, great relief. I prefer to have the half pack behind my ankle instead of on my toes.

That’s just enough so you don’t over ice since 20 minutes is recommended anyway. Anyway I needed ice therapy.
