When you filled the water tank and put it on the unit, inevitably there were some splashes and this was a weak area where water and electricity could mix. Our previous one, you had to put the cable into the unit (like a phone charger). Happy rats, happy customer!

This device has few advantages to others: water does not mix with oil (oil has a separate tray), you can regulate the amount of mist, and the water is purified with the cartridge. Really pleased with this item.

I have used a couple of humidifiers and this Cool mist humidifier meets my expectations. Time will tell about the health benefits haThe extra bits you get with it I wasn't so bothered about really. I haven't used any oils in it yet but have looked to see where they go and seen that it is very easy to access if I wanted to use them.

It is a really smart little unit. The humidifier came in the box with 3 replacement filters and 3 aromatherapy sachets to put in with your clothes - I thought that was a really nice bonus. I actually bought a humidifier for my pet rats as two of them have became chesty. All in one.

The media could not be loaded. I always wanted to get this, and for a long time was choosing which one I want. However I feel the little ones don't offer as good a diffusion as this one so its about what you need it for really.

It last all through the night, it has a filter to keep the mist fresh, it has the added advantage of the oil diffuser and at a reasonable cost. It is super quiet and really effective. So I thought to combat it both ways with antibiotics and a humidifier which I have heard has worked great for some people’s pet rats.

So relaxing, so easy to fall asleep, so pleasant and good for air in the room. I only bought it a couple days ago but was assured about helpdesk. I quite like the range of colours you can change it to and swerve where you want the flow to go towards and the amount you want to flow out on the dial.
