Nadine is an exceptional writer and The Plot is compelling reading. This book read more like a spy thriller as opposed to a biography, clearly Dorries' intention due to the numerous James Bond references like Dr No and You Only Live Twice.

Dorries details what went on behind the scenes in the run up to, during, and after Boris Johnsons resignation. Thank you to Nadine for opening the door so we can make this happen. Nadine Dorries takes no prisons. Enlightening to say the least.

It's sad and shocking to find out some of the revelations. It will be interesting to see if this prediction, and many more in the book, end up happening We must protect conservatism with all our hearts and might. This is an honest take on the events leading up to and immediately after Boris Johnson’s ousting as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom.

Those same people are now looking beyond Sunak, and have Kemi Badenoch lined up as the next Conservative leader. Dorries hits the nail on the head throughout. According to Dorries, those at the centre of the plot to remove Johnson, and also Liz Truss, always had the aim of ensuring that Sunak became prime minister. Wow, you have to read The Plot.
Compelling and completely astonishing from beginning to end. There were several key takeaways from reading this book: Nadine Dorries is a hardcore Boris Johnson loyalist through and through, she is defending him more than he is defending himself with several parts in the book detailing Johnson not being fazed about a plot to remove him from power, and many harsh words were directed at Rishi Sunak. The powers that be really don't care about you the voter, this book should be a compulsory read for everyone. What a page turner from beginning to end.
Best book I've read in a long time. The reader is left in doubt that this was a coup, orchestrated by dark forces within the Conservative Party. It's time to get the party back on track.
