Amazon will not accept a return after one month. This is my second kettle, previous kettle developed faulty, I contacted amazon who contacted Swan in one phone call and a brand new kettle arrived next day. I love this item as it matches all my other kitchen equipment but the swan logo both sides of the kettle are coming away. Silver paint flaking on plastic lid.
