To have a feel for the force required it would be wise to try it first on a bolt or a socket in a vice before using it on an expensive mechanical part. 8 Nm.

Everything perfect. The two accessories seem(ed) good, and the box is solid.

great look and get the job done Thanks The brochure enclosed with the tool states that the tool has an accuracy of ± 4% and that it was calibrated before leaving the factory.

For now, with the precautions I have indicated, given the price and the material used, I would like to advise you. Simply rotate the handle to the required torque and then lock it with the twist lock on the bottom.

Tip: before tightening a bolt, it's good to do some tests, so that it lubricates well internally and you can start to feel the click well. Valid product. Shipping and packaging: nothing to complain about. I tested the tool for a range of torques between 10 and 70 Nm using accurately measured weights and a horizontally applied force.

Be careful, with the adapter it has a clamping limited to 65 nm. Key and use: the key looks good, gives a certain sense of strength and solidity; it is also easy to use, just follow the instructions. Alternatively you can easily have it recalibrated.

I have had this torque wrench for 8 years, used maybe once or twice a year! I couldn't verify more than 45 Nm but I don't expect any surprises. The tool on average overestimates the applied torque by 5. I've never used one before and I think it was very easy to understand how to set the torque and just as easy to use.
