looks great . Took me about 30 minutes to assemble. This was exactly what I was looking for to go in my newly decorated hallway. Hoping a tiny bit of white paint will fix it.

As it is meant to be used to cover a radiator I was amused to read in the “care & maintenance” advice; DO NOT place the item next to a radiator………What would have been useful would be advice on how best to paint the bare MDF from which it is made. You need to be very careful with the measurements/drilling for fixing the 2 little cleats to the wall to hold it in place. As other reviewers have said, the packaging is hopeless - mine arrived looking like it had been through several battles, with the polystyrene sheets in a huge number of minute pieces and beads of silica gel rolling around loose inside (the bag had ruptured). Everything resting on top would need to come off and then you have to lift the whole cover away.

This is the only reason it’s not 5 stars. It looks great and covers up a dark radiator which would have been difficult to paint.

It’s very difficult to explain but the attachments for the wall slot into the back of the unit but there’s no way of knowing where to put the attachments without awkwardly marking on the wall through the front of the unit. The tools required to fix the cover to the wall will depend on the wall material and type. painted with Frenchic , hot mustard. I really like this radiator cover.

We used this radiator cover to hide under floor heating controls. The whole unit can be assembled with a Phillips No2 driver - DO NOT BE TEMPTED TO USE A POWER DRIVER - this is particleboard and has no grain, so will split very easily of the fixings and screws are over-torqued, and the screws holding the vent panels in place may come through. I love the fact that there is a shelf to display little things on. The instructions do not help with this.
