**UPDATE MAY 2022**Contacted Seller, was very apologetic and explained there was a batch where they had ink issues. Bought in October 2020 and started peeling off Feb 2022.

I do not recommend, wast of money. Also screws rusting. It’s the small things that make the difference, up graded from an outdated house number, easy to install with the template included
