I din't know yet about ease of cleaning as I've only just got this fryer. Only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is the handle I was so disappointed, my son has the red one different make but it’s the same and his handle is closer to the base you don’t see the metal bit on his and it looks so much neater I was so disappointed. Really good fryer, heats up fairly quickly about 5 mins. Perfect little fryer for couples or singles and easy to store on a shelf or cupboard because of the square compact shape and style.

Heat up just in a minutes and makes food preparation time less . Very easy to clean and use . Nice size ideal for couples not suitable size for a family.
