We added a tape over the light and it helpedOverall one of the best product I’ve purchased for baby essentials. Now that he’s a few months old we really don’t need it but since we have it we use it. The lid does latch closed with two side latches and this seems to work fine with the Costco wipes with the plastic insert removedI have gone through a full package of wipes now, and have not had issues with it drying out. Really don’t need it once they are olderEvery time I purchase something online, I always check the reviews.

I bought this after looking through a stack of these for a warmer that fits Costco baby wipes. We live in North CA and I have been using this wipe warmer for two years without any moisture issues like molding or drying out wipes ( our room is usually about 73F and 43 for room moisture level) The wipes only get dry out quickly if we forget to close the lid.

Seems to be a good temperature and doesn't dry out the wipes like our old model. Our baby used to cry when getting wiped and we now know its because how cold the wipes were. Perfect temperature and the baby LOVES it!
