The Vive Foot Rocker seems pretty sturdy and works fine with my size 9 bedroom slippers, sticking over about 1/2 inch, and size 9. I have found out however that it is painful when I use this device with out shoes on. I love it after using the rocker and balls I felt like running a marathon.

My heels were burning when I went to bed at night I couldn’t sleep, I’d walk with a limp which threw my back out. Overall the tool is very useful and an affordable option compared to some of the other like tools on tue market. I just got it, so cannot say if it helped.

I tried it out barefooted and with shoes and each time I felt immediate relief after using. 5 hiking shoes, sticking over about 1-1/2 inches. After a bout with plantar fasciitis that was insanely painful I made it a point to do a full battle if I felt it coming on again.

This has been such a helpful tool for me in healing my Achilles pain. 8 inches. I started using this everyday to stretch my calf and achilles and I have noticed such a big difference. There is 2 rubber strips on the bottom that keeps it from slipping.

Anyway it was easy and the product was strong to stand on and I got relief immediately. 00 of shoes and dr visit and inserts. When I took it out of its poly mailer there was hardly any box keft wrapped around the product. IDK.
