On the first day of the month, as well as the sleigh, you also get a cardboard track to set the scene for your Toot Toot Christmas village. In terms of the set - What you see in the image is what you get. Whilst this is a nice addition, personally, we didn't use it very much. my little girl loves it.

The trailer can be used either to carry around the bricks or logs as seen in the image, or alternatively, other Toot Toot vehicles fit perfectly on the back too. Came on time, def recommend.

It's one of the newer style Toot Toot vehicles, meaning that it has the SmartPoint system, and so can be used with any of the Toot Toot Drivers sets. You use this by placing the launcher on the floor with the spring pulled in, and after placing a Toot Toot vehicle in front of it, you press the button on top to "launch" the vehicle forwards. Let's be realistic. Comes with a nice toot toot train that sings Christmas carols and then various signs and decorations.
It has three built-in songs "We Wish You a Merry Christmas". Fantastic calendar.
This works really well on wood floors and the track, but not so well on carpet. So instead, we staged all of the signs and other items around his existing track, to make our own village. Overall, I think this is a great set.
