Additionally, it contains essential nutrients such as lauric acid, known for its immune-boosting properties, making it a guilt-free pleasure, low carb at 7 gram per serving, naturally sweet you could practically enjoy it as it is. . After using the first jar of this we decided we're ordering more, no need to start the second jar first! HOWEVER.

I have yet to try to "soften and stir" the product, but, the little layer of coconut oil I remember from past orders is not there, it seems like a hard dry product product may await me. Right now, it is 77 degrees in my home and the manna has stiffened up (see photo). So now, if it separates, I'll only need to mix a small jar before using.

So from here, leave a spoon or butter knife in the emulsified butter and every 20 minutes for about an hour stir until hard enough that it is set and won't resettle. I tasted it as-is and it was boring, almost like coconut oil. It’s more like an intensely puréed coconut that can get stiff like natural peanut butter, with solids and oils separating in heat just like PB can.

I'll be buying this again I'm sure! Honesty, I can’t see myself using this in any recipes because it’s too good straight out of the jar.
